Receptionist were kind and friendly, they immediately addressed our concerns. And excellent job by Lella at the restaurant in the lobby. Geart hospitality from security to all the personal. And it is a safe place to be.

Had issues with key access over 5 times but sorted out -rooms spacious and very clean-my Indonesian friends loved it-breakfast great choice and nicely cooked food -dinner in top floor restaurant first night very good -to find shops turn right out of front door alfomart or similar

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Good view from the room. We stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment type at the hotel, the stove was working fine and the dining utensils were prepared for 2 person. Definitely will come back again
